7kkk Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play
These terms govern your use of 7kkk. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing a bet.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 7kkk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 7kkk platform at https://7kkk.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 7kkk platform.
7kkk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. We recommend you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Key Terms at a Glance
Age Restriction
You must be 21 years or older to register and use 7kkk. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active 7kkk account. Creating duplicate accounts — including under a different name or mobile number — to claim bonuses more than once is a violation that may result in permanent suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and supported bank transfers. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
Bonuses & Wagering
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. Full bonus terms are stated on the applicable promotion page.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7kkk account credentials. Any activity carried out using your login is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to 7kkk support immediately.
Violation Consequences
Breach of these Terms may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus balances, and permanent ban from the 7kkk platform. Fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
1. Eligibility
To register and use a 7kkk account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
- You are accessing 7kkk voluntarily and on your own behalf, and are not acting on behalf of another person.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 7kkk or any of its affiliated companies.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with 7kkk or any other gambling platform.
7kkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification. Any account opened in violation of these eligibility requirements will be closed and any balance (including winnings) may be forfeited.
2. Account Registration and Security
When creating a 7kkk account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- One account per player, per household. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be merged or closed at 7kkk's discretion, with bonus balances forfeited.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any other person. 7kkk will never contact you to ask for your password.
- You must notify 7kkk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. 7kkk will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid national ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
7kkk takes account security seriously. All login sessions are protected by SSL encryption. However, 7kkk cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you share your login details with any third party, you do so entirely at your own risk.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
7kkk supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected local bank transfers (including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The following conditions apply:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits per transaction and per day are set at the platform level and may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
- All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. 7kkk does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts not in your name may be returned or frozen pending investigation.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 7kkk aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
- 7kkk does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
- 7kkk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud investigation, a bonus wagering review, or KYC verification. In such cases, the affected player will be notified via their registered contact details.
Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact 7kkk support as soon as possible. 7kkk will review the case but cannot guarantee a refund in all circumstances, particularly where the funds have been staked.
4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
7kkk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out on the relevant promotion page as well as the following general conditions:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them can be transferred to your real-money balance and withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
- 7kkk reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued while players are actively working towards a wagering requirement, a reasonable extension period will be offered.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of the result (arbitrage betting), exploiting software errors, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings.
- Promotional free spins, cashback offers and reload bonuses are subject to their own individual terms as displayed at the time of the offer. If no specific terms are displayed, the general wagering requirement of 30x applies.
7kkk promotions are intended for recreational players. Players identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors or bonus hunters may have their promotion eligibility restricted or removed without notice. This does not affect any real-money balance or winnings legitimately accrued.
5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games offered on the 7kkk platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live-dealer studios. The following rules govern gameplay and wager settlement:
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. All wagers are final upon confirmation.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all bets placed in that round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's real-money balance. 7kkk is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- For sports betting markets, 7kkk reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly published in error (palpable error). In such cases the full stake is returned. Winnings paid out in error must be returned and may be recovered from the account balance.
- 7kkk reserves the right to set individual betting limits per player, per market or per event. These limits are applied at 7kkk's discretion and are not negotiable. Players approaching or exceeding limits will be notified within their account dashboard.
6. Responsible Gaming
7kkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, limits can be lowered immediately but increases only take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. An alert is shown when the limit is reached and the session is automatically closed if the player does not confirm continuation.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 7kkk. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. During any exclusion period, the player may not create a new account.
- Reality checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders showing their session duration and net gaming activity, to help maintain awareness of time and money spent.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7kkk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market or event, including chip-dumping in poker and match-fixing in sports betting.
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into a 7kkk account. 7kkk has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such activity.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7kkk staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email or social media directed at the 7kkk brand.
7kkk's detection systems monitor account activity continuously. Players found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be notified of the action taken and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent account closure, except in cases of serious fraud where immediate closure is required to prevent further harm.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
7kkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account rules, payment rules or prohibited conduct provisions.
- Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, or failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification of the account holder as a vulnerable player requiring protection under our responsible gaming policy.
Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 7kkk platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, imagery, audio, video and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 7kkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the 7kkk platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 7kkk intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7kkk and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7kkk platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 7kkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7kkk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. 7kkk will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. In no event shall 7kkk's total aggregate liability to a player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7kkk is registered and operates. By using the 7kkk platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute.
7kkk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to prevent fraud. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
